What is a Fan Club membership?
Good question. A Fan Club membership is a metaphorical badge that says “I love this music.” But it’s also an exclusive club that gets you closer to your favorite artists, providing you with access to special content, products, updates, or promotions that other people can’t see.

My question is not related to the store. I’m already a Fan Club member, but I have a question about my Official ArtistName Site membership.

How do I set up my Fan Club store account?
If you are already a Fan Club member, setting up your webstore account is easy.
1) First, have your webstore Fan Club membership code ready. You should have received this via e-mail from the Fan Club. If you can’t find it, try checking your spam folder. Got it? Cool!
2) Next, go to the store and sign up for the webstore by clicking the “Login” link on the top right of the page, and then the “Register Now” link.
(This account is different from your ArtistName website account, because the best way for us to safeguard your privacy is to save more sensitive webstore information in a separate account.)
3) Once you have a store account, navigate to the “My Account” section by clicking the link on the top right of the page.
4) Then, navigate to the “Membership” tab.
5) You should see an input field called “Fan Club Code”. All you have to do is enter your code, and click “Submit”.
6) Congrats! You now have Fan Club access on the webstore. You will be able to see special products and get discounts that other members can’t see. Keep checking back at the ArtistName website for details on future promotions.

If you receive an error, double check that your code matches what you were provided. Try making sure your Caps Lock is off. It’s also easy to accidentally copy a space if you’re copy-pasting the code.
